Becoming a Certified Financial Planner™ and now an Authorised Financial Advisor (AFA) enables Chris to offer Vault clients financial advice based on not just industry knowledge but a sound knowledge of the financial sector. Solid advice coupled with JMap™, the step by step financial programme Chris helped create, ensures that Vault clients are supported with a range of financial services such as savings and investments, business and personal risk and in particular work place savings and KiwiSaver™. Working with a wide range of business owners both large and small who want to do the right thing and make KiwiSaver™ as accessible as possible is something Chris works hard on.

Being a tad on the structured side sets Eileen apart! Being the Executive Assistant to a Financial Planner the work can be hugely varied, challenging, sometimes stressful but always rewarding. Regardless of whether she is arranging Director Chris White’s diary, following up on a client claim or investment query, or even within her role as Waikato District Manager with the St John Youth Organisation, Eileen is super organised and super efficient! As she says herself “Sometimes being the bossy one actually gets the job done when it needs to be done!” Eileen’s role has shifted with the various changes within Vault. From reception to broker support to now Executive Assistant, Eileen has been with Vault since the early days, and she has seen a lot of interesting client situations. “Knowing someone that has just found out that they are ill or worse is terrible. Understanding that because they were insured through us and that I can actually help alleviate some of the stress is why I do what I do. It’s not about premiums, how much you have or don’t have. It’s about knowing that when those life changing events happen, our clients’ financial situation can be significantly improved." It’s not all disasters though as organising a Maturity cheque or releasing funds from a successful Investment is rewarding more on the front foot; either way Eileen’s contact list is lengthy and her ability to talk to the right people really does get results.
